Saudi Arabia, officially known as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), is a vast country with many cities. Here are some of the notable cities in Saudi Arabia:
- Riyadh: The capital and largest city of Saudi Arabia. It’s the political, administrative, and financial hub of the country.
- Jeddah: Located on the Red Sea coast, Jeddah is the country’s commercial capital and a significant port. It’s also a gateway for pilgrims traveling to Islam’s holiest cities, Mecca and Medina.
- Mecca (Makkah): Known as the holiest city in Islam, it’s the birthplace of Prophet Muhammad. Every year, millions of Muslims visit Mecca to perform the Hajj pilgrimage, which is one of the Five Pillars of Islam.
